Beekeepersmap.com - honey sale - find a beekeeper

I. Ordering the Service
The service for placing an article and an icon on the map is ordered through the e-shop www.medodjirky.cz, which is operated by the same provider as Beekeepersmap.com. Contractual provisions and agreement formation follow the terms stated at https://www.medodjirky.cz/Obchodni-podminky-a3_0.htm.

II. Obligations of the Operator of Beekeepersmap.com

1) Upon receiving the order and payment, the operator of Beekeepersmap.com will place the article on Beekeepersmap.com and the icon on Google Maps within 7 working days.

2) Basic Listing Includes:
- A yellow marker (standard Google Maps icon) on the map
- An article containing:
- Article title: Beekeeper’s First Name and Last Name – Honey Sales and City
- Article text including beekeeper’s first name and last name, honey sales address, and phone number

3) Full Listing Includes:

- A custom graphic icon or beekeeper’s own icon (submitted by the beekeeper) on Google Maps
- An article containing:
- Article title: Beekeeper’s First Name and Last Name – Honey Sales and City
- Article text including beekeeper’s first name and last name, honey sales address, and phone number
- Website URL (if the beekeeper has one)
- Facebook page link (if the beekeeper has one)
- Instagram page link (if the beekeeper has one)
- YouTube channel/video link (if the beekeeper has one)
- List of honey products + prices at the time of article publication, formatted as text
- Additional text information about the beekeeper
- Location details – embedded Mapy.cz iframe showing where the beekeeper sells honey
- Up to 3 images of the beekeeper, ideally including honey jars or beekeeping photos
- The full listing appears above basic listings in search results

4) The operator of Beekeepersmap.com will send the completed full listing to the beekeeper for review, possible modifications, and approval. The basic listing is processed automatically based on order details, without requiring beekeeper approval.

5) Changes and modifications to the article are allowed once per year. The operator of Beekeepersmap.com commits to implementing them within 7 working days upon receiving updated materials from the beekeeper.

III. Rights and Obligations of the Service Subscriber (Beekeeper)

1) The beekeeper must comply with the Terms of Use of Beekeepersmap.com, particularly by providing unique text, images for which they hold copyright, and truthful information.

2) The beekeeper has the right to request one article update per year by submitting the necessary materials.

IV. General Rights and Obligations

1) The subscriber is not entitled to a refund after payment if they decide they no longer want the service. However, they may request the removal of their article from the website and their icon from the map, but without a refund.
